Foundation to Summit

Foundation to Summit is a charitable trust based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India committed to empowering persons with disabilities through sports, education, skill development, health, and community inclusion. We believe that every individual, regardless of physical, sensory, intellectual, or developmental challenges, deserves equal opportunities to learn, grow, participate, and thrive. Our work supports people with disabilities, including individuals with physical disabilities, visual and hearing impairments, intellectual disabilities, autism, ADHD, speech and learning difficulties, helping them build confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging.

Breaking Barriers on the Playing Field

A young participant with a physical disability joined our adaptive sports programme with limited confidence and social interaction. Through regular training, teamwork, and mentorship, they developed new skills, built friendships, and discovered a passion for sports. Today, they actively participate in community events and inspire others to pursue their dreams.

Building Independence Through Skills Training

After completing vocational training and digital skills workshops, a young adult with a disability gained employment and became financially independent. The opportunity not only improved their livelihood but also strengthened their confidence and ability to contribute to their family and community.

Unlocking Potential Through Accessible Learning

A child facing learning challenges struggled to access quality education. Through educational support, assistive resources, and guidance, they were able to improve academic performance and participate confidently in school activities. Today, they continue to progress toward their educational goals.

Creating Opportunities for Every Girl

A young girl with a disability received support through our empowerment and education initiatives. With access to learning opportunities, leadership activities, and mentorship, she developed self-confidence and became an active participant in her community, inspiring other girls to believe in their potential.

Building a More Accessible Community
